Fundraising

How does fundraising help?

add remove

Make-A-Wish New Zealand grants the wishes of children who have critical illnesses. As we receive no Government funding, we rely on donations to deliver these wishes. Your fundraising will help us to ensure that every eligible child can receive their one true wish.

The best way of promoting your fundraiser is by sharing it with those you know – use tools like social media or email to get the word out there! The more passionate you are about what you are doing, the easier it will be to share with family, friends and colleagues.

What do children wish for?

Every wish is as unique and special as each child and is only limited by the child's imagination. From going on scary rides with dad or creating magical memories with family members, to princess playhouses, tree huts, bedroom makeovers, meeting celebrities, pets, spas, family holidays or swimming with dolphins, our aim is always to uncover the one true wish.
