LET’S GET OLIVER TO D'URVILLE ISLAND!

Oliver is 9 years old, lives in Motueka NZ, and loves the outdoors. He is in remission from Leukaemia, and wishes to fish and camp on an island with his family and close friends.

We’re Cathy and Craig from D’urville Island Wilderness Resort. When we were approached by Make-A-Wish to help make Oliver’s wish come true, we were instantly taken by this cool young boy’s wish to fish, and are keen as mustard to make this happen.

D’urville is the perfect place to make Oliver’s wish truly sparkle, so we are raising funds to cover the costs of giving Oliver the experience of a lifetime.

Oliver would like two days of fishing charters and an extended stay on the island, but we’d love to add on some extra special experiences to make this memorable for Oliver, his family, and friends.

So, come on guys! Let’s get this boy out fishing and enjoying the outdoors on D’urville island.

I know times have been tough out here with the recent storm. We are totally humbled by the progress to date with this.

When we were approached by Make-a-wish we found it amazing that Oliver chose us to be his wish.

It is going to be interesting we are not a big community but we are a really responsive , giving lot.

Oliver will be here living his wish Bumpa Boats weekend this Feburary.
