In memory of Ben, their beloved son, Rose and Tom cycled the length of New Zealand. On this journey, they honoured their son’s life by creating a special legacy and fundraising over $55,000.00!
“Ben knew what it was to suffer and to be afraid. Anyone being treated for cancer or chronic illness does. He worried about children and young people having to endure what he had experienced.
Knowing that Make-A-Wish can help to put a smile on those young faces and bring joy and hope to them and their families would make him smile.
We hope that bringing joy to other sick children and young people through Make-A-Wish, will be a legacy for our precious son.”
